Irvine Council PTA Fall Kick-Off Training & Vendor Fair Friday, August 23rd, 2024 ALL unit exec board members should be attending at least one training session and all are encouraged to check out the line-up of vendors and community partners that provide programs, fundraising, spirit wear and support for your school. In-person event only. If you need other training options, 4th District PTA offers options and IUCPTA can offer other group or individual training options upon request. Feel free to invite any chairs that might benefit from meeting with these vendors. Fun prizes to be won! NEW! This year we have expanded our programs/fundraising class to include in-class visits from each of our vendors so you can hear directly from them what they are offering our schools. If your programs VP/Chair can't attend, you will want to plan on sending someone from your unit so you don't miss anything! There is coffee in each of the rooms. Evening Association Meeting! Meeting to be held at Dave & Buster's at the Irvine Spectrum. All units should have an appointed representative attend IF the president can not make it. This is our very first association meeting of the year. It is the first of three evening meetings. Agenda to be shared a week before meeting. At this meeting, you can expect to meet district representatives from IUSD and ask a few questions. Light food and beverage sponsored by Dave & Buster's.
