• LCAP Activity takes place – Voice how specific IUSD funding should be prioritized
• Unit mid-year financial review report (Adopted) – covers July 1st to December 30th

• High School PTSA’s should start promoting HS Senior Scholarship Award

• Most units have their Annual Elections take place; see Unit Bylaws and elections process
• Take a look at the election script for a smooth election!
• Identify who will be going to State Convention (determine delegates & coordinated workshop attendance); be sure to release the associated funds
• Submit your nominations for IUCPTA Honorary Service Awards
