• It is important that IUCPTA gets an updated list of your board and chair roster as soon as possible so that Spring and Fall training can be planned properly; email evp@iucpta.org
• Budget committees should be identified and a proposed budget should be prepared for May association meeting
• Unit Historian reports are now past due!
• Finalize your convention plans – 4th District provides a convention orientation
• Confirm your Spirit of Community RSVPs for both current and incoming exec board + principal
• Complete End of Year Survey
• Unit Task Sign Up
