Here is a great resource for transitioning to the next executive board from the CAPTA Leadership Team. And a few reminders from IUCPTA:
- And importantly, please help your incoming board be prepared for next year but please refrain from encumber them with votes/decisions that extend beyond June 30th when you officially term out.
- Also make sure that all checks get written, and that the checks get deposited before June 30th since that is the end of the PTA fiscal year.
- Input the new officer lists into PTEZ as soon as possible. Fourth District PTA (OC PTA) will be checking weekly for missing officers from each school.
